Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason.

 

Items must be unused with tags attached. Please try gear on indoors before taking it outside — once a harness or coat has been worn on a walk we can no longer accept it back.

 

To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send you a return label. Return shipping is on us for sizing exchanges. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you.

 

Manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the brand, but we will help you file the claim. Send us photos and your order number and we will take it from there.

 

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
