Shipping policy

We ship Canada-wide with Canada Post.

 

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, go out the next business day.

 

Shipping is free on orders over $99. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

Estimated delivery times once dispatched: 1 to 2 business days in Ontario and Quebec, 3 to 5 business days to the Prairies and Atlantic Canada, and 4 to 7 business days to British Columbia and the territories. Remote and northern postal codes can take longer. These are estimates from Canada Post, not guarantees.

 

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

We are not able to deliver to PO boxes for oversized items such as crates and barriers.

 

If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email us with your order number and we will open a trace with Canada Post.
